When the job calls for wood, we raise the standard. Most builders use 2×8 framing—we use bigger, stronger lumber designed to last.

Every dock starts with the right foundation. We use Sea Power Marine Products on every build we do.

Teardown and Rebuild Projects

Most of the work we do today involves teardown and rebuilds in tight-access sites—Old Mount Pleasant, legacy docks, tidal creeks, and deepwater homes with no land-side access.
We demo by water and rebuild using modular sections for a faster, cleaner install.
