We build docks three different ways. Each system can be used to build a complete dock.
Building a dock in the Lowcountry requires permits. Every project is reviewed based on the property, the waterway, and current regulations. Permitting involves state, federal, environmental, and regulatory requirements (SCDES & USACE).
The Retrofit Loophole
Note: Upgrading your current setup doesn't always require an agency review. Installing Sea Power HDPE piling covers on your existing structure usually requires zero new permits. We work with the footprint you already have to protect your dock fast.
